What stood out most was the kind and helpful staff—from Rinki at reception to the team in housekeeping, security, and the restaurant. At Nitya Sudha, Sneha and the others took great care of us. Anita Tiwari also helped a lot during the booking from Australia. The food was tasty and well prepared. I’d happily suggest this place to others.

El hotel nos dio una experiencia muy agradable desde el primer momento. Las habitaciones eran lindas, limpias y cómodas, y todo tenía un ambiente tranquilo que hizo la estadía fácil. El personal mostró una actitud muy atenta, algo que uno ya espera cuando visita India. Upasana, Ishita y Monika se ocuparon de cada detalle con una sonrisa, siempre listas para ayudar sin que uno tuviera que pedir dos veces. Su forma de atender hizo que cada día fuera simple y cómodo.
